Ive been mentaly ill over the state of buis in the Valley for 25 years....thats why I went Beserko on MPC...with no support from Dc Ski....now years later here we sit...ouch..that chair hurt!... Im thinking we will see the first Elk to make it to the Valley b4 we get serious change...the Elk have just filtered into SW WV from Ky..maybe more will make thier way from the NC herd.... long wait... little overboard negativity there...was channeling sCiDart...

All 3 snowTime resorts made snow last night, I realize this may not have been an option in the valley, but with lows in the 26-29 degree range, they just as easily could have not brought the snowmaking in.

They really have done a great job this year with what they have had to work with. The valley needs to give D.C. area a reason to drive out there, and IMO the conditions this year haven't warranted it. For example Whitetail has 5 trails open with good coverage and 950ft vertical and HSQ, and is only a 65 min drive.
