In case you haven't noticed the ad, Pro-Fit in Leesburg is having a ski swap on Sunday, Sept. 24. They are having another swap at the usual timeframe in late Nov too. Benifits Whitetail Ski Patrol.
Alpine Ski Shop and Timberline Ski Patrol will be holding their first swap of the year on October 7th and 8th at the Sterling location.

But why does the Sun and Ski website say 9/29 - 10/1 in Falls Church?
Liberty Mountain Ski Patrol will be having its annual ski swap at Princeton Sports in Columbia Maryland on October 29th. This is the ski swap that the patrol previously held in conjunction with the Ski Center in Washington DC. Last year, Princeton Sports put out an amazing amount of ski attire at rock bottom prices. This year, there will be even more merchandise, including ski and boarding equipment. This was all in addition to stuff folks were selling thru the swap itself. A percentage of all sales goes to support the Liberty Mountain Ski Patrol. We are a nearly all volunteer group providing safety and emergency medical care to skiers and riders at Liberty Mountain and have recently started providing emergency medical care at local events (e.g., races). . The flyer I got in the mail said falls church is correct. Sounds like they moved it to be closer to the beltway, but kept the name. Seems like an interesting choice by the marketing dept...

Dilly in Chantilly becoming the Merch in Falls Church:-) I don't really need anything, but might try to check it out. Maybe the new Blue Knob people will be there?
Ski Haus in Annapolis, Oct 7th. They typically have 1 or 2 more swaps as December aproaches.
