Has anyone ever taken Uber or lyft home to dc from Dulles with a single ski bag? Would Uber XL fit a single ski bag, 2 suitcases, and 3 people? Anyone done this? Thanks in advance...

One pair of Skis will fit in almost all cars if you take them out of the bag.  Reading again I see you have 3 people and luggage.  Maybe you can call after you’re assigned a driver.

I take UberXLs from Dulles all the time with skis.  I almost always get minivans.  Yes, UberXL should be fine for skis, 3 people, and 2 suitcases.

If you don't mind using Dulles' taxi service, you can get a minvan to take you home. I travelled back from Canada with 4 people, 4 sets of skis, and corresponding luggage and it all fit into a minivan. You might have to wait for about 5 minutes until they locate a minivan to pick you up, but they have them. Note: We flew in after midnight, so that might have been the reason that we had to wait a bit for a minivan.
