The National Ski Patrol is using Facebook for fundraising.  I learned about an effort by the Magic Ski Patrol a week ago that's already raised over $2000.  They are close to the goal.  In this case, half is going to the Magic Ski Patrol and half will go to NSP.

Someone connected to the 7Springs Ski Patrol has created a fundaiser with a goal of $500.  On Dec. 3, Facebook is matching donations up to $7 million.

The Magic/NSP fundraiser exceeded their goal of $2700.
