Each winter, ski areas in North Carolina team up to offer a state-wide season pass known as the Gold Card. Sold by the North Carolina Ski Areas Association (NCSSA), the $865 Gold Card provides passholders access to the state’s six resorts, including Cataloochee Ski Area, Sapphire Valley Ski Area, Beech Mountain Resort, Appalachian Ski Mtn., Wolf Ridge Ski Resort, and Sugar Mountain Resort. The pass is valid any day of the season, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Only 100 of these passes are sold each season, and as of November 1, 75% had already been spoken for.

For more information on the NCSAA Gold Card, visit www.goskinc.com/goldcard or call 828-898-4521 on weekdays between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
