Massanutten Resort recently announced plans to add a new hotel and expand its WaterPark, making a substantial investment in its year-round activities. The four-season Virginia resort is now offering ski, WaterPark, and mountain biking season passes, in addition to annual golf memberships.

Skiers and boarders can now purchase season passes for the 2024-2025 winter season. An unrestricted adult pass starts at $510, while students aged seven to 18 or in college can purchase passes starting at $425. According to the resort, the most popular pass is the special value pass, which provides access throughout the season with some restrictions after 4 p.m. on select days. That pass starts at $380. Discounted passes are also available for families. Ski season passes will go up in price after May 31, 2024, providing an incentive to purchase early. Ski season passholders will be entitled to various on-mountain benefits, such as dining and retail discounts.

Massanutten Resort is also unveiling a new Ambassador Program called Summit Smashers, consisting of passionate skiers and mountain bikers who will help represent Massanutten at events, on social media, and within their respective communities. More information on the Summit Smashers program is available here.

While the ski season is still some months away, guests will find plenty of summer activities at Massanutten including its WaterPark. The outdoor portion of the WaterPark will be open from Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend. Adult season passes at the WaterPark (valid during the summer season) start at $238 (between May 6-19, 2024), but will be going up in price after May 25. Annual WaterPark passes provide access to the WaterPark for an entire year and begin at $450 for adults and $400 for students.

Massanutten will also be selling season passes geared towards mountain bikers. An unlimited pass will provide access to the Bike Park, Western Slope trails, and shuttle services, starting at $299. Lower-priced pass options provide access to the Western Slope trails and shuttle services, or just the Bike Park.
