Assuming a positive outcome for voting by members at Bryce, the plan is to install a third lift to serve a few trails on the backside.  The video shows that the trails have already been created.

"As we approach the end of our ski and tubing operations for the FY 24/25 season, we are looking ahead to the future of Bryce Resort with plans to expand our snow-sports capacity with the addition of a chairlift on the backside of the mountain with the purchase and installation of Lift 3. After five years of significant growth in membership and total revenue, Bryce Resort is in a strong financial position to invest in this major development. The Board of Directors has unanimously approved the construction of Lift 3, following a recommendation by the Planning and Finance Committee. Our snow-sports operation remains the cornerstone of the Resort’s financial success, generating approximately 50% of our annual income. Continued investment in this operation is crucial for securing the Resort’s financial health, enabling us to sustain other areas of the Resort, and mitigate the impact of weather-related disruptions.  To comply with our bylaws (Section IX), each voting member is receiving this email for authorization to move forward with the project. Voting will begin Friday, March 14 and will conclude on April 4, 2025 5:00 p.m. No votes will be counted if received after 5:00 p.m. on April 4, 2025."
