New Years Eve Party and Ski trip to Seven Springs, PA-$279 per person for two nights, open bar several times, New Years Eve party, 2 all you can eat buffet dinners and 2 all you can eat breakfast buffets!!!

Some friends of mine have planned to go to Seven Springs, PA for a 2 night package deal for New Years eve. If I can get a large enough group together, the travel agent will also provide a bus to/from the DC area and use of the bus at the slope. If I can't get the group together, we have to drive, so this is partly my motivation of posting this message (I am not doing this to make money!)

Here are the details:
New Year's Weekend Ski Trip
$279 per person, based on double occupancy
($359 for single, $269 pp for 3 in a room and $259 pp for 4)

Seven Springs, PA has 30 Trails with 18 Lifts and snowmaking ability.
Pray for snow but if it is cold they will be blowing it !!!
Everyone is Welcome (must be over 21) !!!

The Package INCLUDES all of the following:

2 nights at the Ramada Inn (Fri and Sat). Cable TV w/ free HBO, large
indoor pool w/ jacuzzi & sauna. Late checkout Sun is 4pm. (The Ramada Inn is
located 15-20 mins from Seven Springs ski slopes and 1/4 mile to the Horizon
Factory Outlet Shops).
OPEN BAR: Friday 10pm-2am / Saturday 4:30pm-6:30pm and 9:30pm-1:30am /
Sun.(includes Bloody Mary bar) 2:00pm-4:00pm.
New Year's Eve party w/ 3 live bands, entertainment, hats, noise-makers...
/ and DJ dance party on Sat. night. (both at our hotel)
Buffet dinner on Fri. night and dinner on Sat. night (both are all you can
eat) / Breakfast on Sat. and Sun. (all you can eat).
FREE ski lessons for any ability level with the purchase of a discounted
lift ticket at the hotel (group rates for lift tickets).
It MAY include transportation, depending on our group size, but if not,
Seven Springs (Somerset, PA) is about 3.5 to 4 hours drive.
IF transportation is included, we will also have use of the bus for
shuttles to the ski slopes and activities.
Taxes and gratuities.

The package does NOT include:

Lift tickets and other activities, such as snow tubing ($10 pp), snow
boarding, mini-golf, roller skating, ice skating, go-karts... (I think the
normal rate for a lift ticket is about $36-38 but with our group rate it
will probably be less).
Ski rental (located in our hotel) is $20 (and $15 if you pre-pay) for
group rate (advanced skiers may want to rent from Seven Springs).

$50 per person deposit is due now to hold your room AND FULL PAYMENT
IS DUE OCT. 31st. The hotel that has the rooms will release the rooms for general reservations at any time, so hurry.

An established travel agency is putting this together, but to ensure that you get in with my group so we can get the bus, please e-mail me at agent404@yahoo.

Thanks.

that seems a little expensive PER PERSON!

Any room you would expect to be a double occupancy anyway, and $558 for two people for 2 nights and a couple of buffets? I'm going out west for that kind of money (and that includes airfare).
