these new resort sounds likea quacky idea how cant they expect to have tempatures etc that near the ocean so low 20 feet athe base!!!!! can they even make snow it will probably be so humid???? and can they make enought o open all these trails etc????? this sounds crazy if u ask my 2 cents i meen resorts around here that are alot higher and stuff allready have problems like whitetail!!!
