Anyone every stay in Georgetown Colorado?  I'm looking for a clean motel  to stay for one night.

I stayed in the Georgetown Mtn Inn on Jan 1 and 2.  It will cost about $90 +/- a few bucks.  I got a "colorado" room and it had nice rustic-looking furniture (that was actually new) and a really big bathroom.  They have an outside hot tub and m/w and fridges in rooms.  Free breakfast is not much though, just coffee and crummy little muffins.  10 miles to Loveland, about 20 or 30 to Copper/Keystone/A-basin.

There's also a Super 8 motel there that I've heard is ok and might be a little cheaper, but I've never stayed there.

I've stayed in the Super 8.  Very basic but it worked for son and I.

Oh by the way, Loveland reports it's snowing heavily there now adding to the 40+ inches they've received since Jan 27.

I second that.  I meets a middle schoolers needs, pool, hot tub, cable, cheap buffet breakfast.  Don't take your wife :-).  As an aside, my son talked to one of the workers there and this is a quote.  "I took a job 12 winters ok so I could ski and I'm still here."
