“Another rope tow hill was located in Butler, Maryland, just north of Oregon Ridge. I believe is was on the property of the Black Rock YMCA. Natural snow was needed -; it was basically located on a cow pasture hillside. I think it was functional in the late 60’s and early 70’s.”
