I am not sure if this helps, but I saw a few private lessons at Whitetail today.  I did not see any group lessons, but stayed clear of the rentals/lessons area.  Overall, very few instructors compared to what I have seen over my past 20+ years of skiing there.

 You can arrange lessons at the ticket window or by calling until their online lesson software is ready.
