Hey everyone!  Getting closer to the season!  My son keeps asking when we are going to WV to ski.  Yep he has the bug :).

Due to my extended family deciding to sell some property, I have some funds to purchase a house in CV and I was wondering if anyone has any positive or negative views on the various developments and their HOAs? 

Any recommendations on how to conduct my house search in the area?  Thanks!
