Group Rates for Programs?

I have been a coach and unified partner with Special Olympics skiing for over a decade now.  We have traditionally gone up to Liberty, Roundtop, and Whitetail on Sundays in January and February to practice on snow with our athletes, before the team competes at the Maryland Winter Games at the end of February.  We did not go last year because of COVID.

In the past we were able to secure group rates for the resorts which made it affordable for the county program to pay for the Special Olympics athletes as well as the coaches and partners.  Vail has apparently done away with the group rate option though, and does not offer any discounted rates for programs.  It appears we would have to pay the full rate of $84 for everyone.  Special Olympics tries to never charge it athletes, and would ideally not have to charge the volunteers either, but this cost gets prohibitive with a group of 20 athletes and about 10 volunteers.

Is anyone aware of any programs or discounts available with Vail that we might be able to use to help reduce the costs at all?

Has anyone contacted Vail Resorts?  From what I can find, Special Olympics is well supported at Vail in Colorado.  Seems worth pushing the question up to senior management at least on the regional level.
