Very disappointed - weak response. And I’m a big Caps fan. I realize his wife, son and family are in Russia right now…

This one hits home for me. My company has a Ukrainian subcontractor. I’ve supervised about 6 or so Ukrainians in recent years. They are very bright, hard-working, friendly and would easily fit into the DC area. My second in command is a Ukrainian Senior Developer; been working with Maksym daily for 3 years now. Currently, he and his young family are refugees in their own country, current whereabouts unknown. Been trying to head west from Kharkiv. Now, males 20-60 can’t leave the country, but who knows how long the government will hold on. After that, the Russians are likely to seal the border.

A destruction of a country, with many vibrant cities and vibrant careers.

Kudos to JohnL  to call the situation out. We have a commonality in that now that I work for Shopify I have a more global understanding about all people and their situations. As JohnL said many vibrant and intelligent humans.
