For those who love Jackson Hole, Wade McKoy is self-publishing a coffee table book based on taking photographs there for 45 years. Not only curated photos, but also stories. I expect the Kickstarter goal of $80K to be met today, with about ten days to go.  Pledging for a single book is $120.  Books will print as soon as the Kickstarter campaign ends on Feb. 21, with shipping expected in June 2025.

Jackson Hole Icon Releasing 45-Years of Images in New Coffee Table Book
" . . .
Skiing brought Wade McKoy to Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 1974. An "unlikely" turn for a, "wanderer from the Deep South," as he recalls.

McKoy's love for skiing and photography began the year prior during a 10,000 mile motorcycle tour of Europe with four college buddies. It was a formative adventure that opened his eyes to life's seemingly-endless possibilities. He made his first ski turns on the glaciers of Zermatt, Switzerland. He was hooked.

The southern connection for Wade McCoy is that he's from Jackson, Mississippi.  For a glimpse of some of his photos, check out his Facebook page.

The goal was reached easily with over a week to go.  Most people are pledging $120 for one book.  The other reward options are to get 3 books or 6 books.  Quite a few locals opted for 6 books, which they will pick up in person in Jackson once the books are ready for shipping.
