Snowsports Museum of WV data call Almost Heaven ski area

The Snowsports Museum of WV located in Canaan Valley is looking for more info on the almost, but never was, ski area of Almost Heaven near Canaan Valley.  I believe they are looking for info on other similar situations where ski areas were seriously considered, but never built in WV.  Anybody have some definitive sources/links on this topic?
