With a potentially significant winter storm bearing down on the mid-Atlantic, below are the season totals thus far (1/21/26) for some of our favorite resorts. Let's see how things change after this coming weekend. 

Seven Springs – 66’’

Wisp – 60’’

Hidden Valley – 57”

Laurel Mountain – 49”

Roundtop – 16”

Wintergreen – 13.5”

Whitetail – 4”

Bryce – Does not report total snowfall (season to date)

Canaan Valley – Does not report total snowfall (season to date)

Liberty Mountain – Does not report total snowfall (season to date)

Massanutten – Does not report total snowfall (season to date)

Timberline – Does not report total snowfall (season to date)

Snowshoe – Does not report total snowfall (season to date)

Winterplace – Does not report total snowfall (season to date)

The skisoutheast site reports total snow for ski areas north to  Wisp, currently st 60.

 the canaan valley reports ~77 inches so far...the line cvr whitegrass....yew!

Here's the summary for Virginia ski resorts from the conditions webpage of SkiSoutheast the morning of Jan. 28, 2026.  Have seen snow depths that deep before.  The AM temperatures seem more unusual.
