It's snowing HARD in Hardy County and has been since about 3pm this afternoon. There is at most a 'skiff' of snow outside on the ground and cars before winds blow it away. Current temp at 9pm is 16*F in Wardensville with a -1*F windchill at most. Even my gator facemask feels pourous in this wind!!
