Anyone who has been to Timberline in the past month has surely noticed the new construction on the left side of Timberline Road just before the stop sign. As Johnfmh first reported these are going to be new condos. I asked one of the guards at Timberline what he knew about them. Apparently, they are planning to build 40-50 units there (next to a new sewer treatment plant that is also being built). The first units (which look pretty far along) were put up quickly about a month ago within a couple weeks. No word on who the developer is or whether they are planning any "pre-built" offerings. Anyone have a guess on what the asking prices will be?
