After two years of getting blasted in literally hundreds of posts on DCSki, I think Timberline deserves a big Tips Up! They appear to have improved their snowmaking significantly, are using it liberally, and even look to be opening a terrain park!!! (Fred, you around ) From their current snow report, it appears that they will have top to bottom trails open, plus Salamander, by the 2nd weekend in December. Needless to say, if the weather holds, that means they could be FULLY open for Christmas week!

If it can get Silver Streak, OTW and WL open, TL can now say it is one of the best (if not the best) early season venues for advanced and expert skiers.
