Myrto - you hit the nail on the head. We already have a good many ski resorts in that area. If you use Wisp as your base, within 45 minutes you could ski Canaan, Timberline, Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, Blue Knob (a bit of a stretch) and of course Wisp. What the hell more do you want. Where would they get the water to keep 2,000 feet of Porte Crayon vertical covered with snow? It's not possible. If you want vertical, go north to New England.
