got up early because I was gonna hit Tline today, and was looking at the weather.com radar, and it was showing the freezing rain/ice line right on top of Davis, etc, but trusty ole Liberty was right in the path for some snow, and the hour-by-hour showed it snowing till 3pm then freezing rain, so it looked like Id be able to get a fairly decent day in, so I went for it. And it was dead on, pretty much right at 3 it started freezing rain.
When I got there is was snowing like mad, and had a good 4" of freshness so ski in within a few hours. Since the temp was just below freezing the snow was a little dense and seemed a little slow, but heck, its still fresh snow And even better, it was a ghost town. I think there where more employees, instructors and ski-patrols in training than there where paying clientele.

ghost town!
crunchy, you get an award for outfoxing the weather people and many of us and sneaking in a great day at Liberty. I thought it was going to pour rain everywhere east of WV on Sunday.
