What would the first full day of autumn be in Utah and Wyoming without snow in the forecast? Weather.com is saying 3-6 or more in the Uintas, Tetons and Big Horns!
We were able to fire up our snowmaking guns around 6:00 pm on Monday evening, September 24th. It was a great night of snowmaking with temperatures staying consistent in the teens. We'll post more photos once we are able to get up on the mountain and take a few new pictures so check back soon!
Woo hoo! Let it snow. This morning while driving Tim to work, we caught sight of some of the beautiful snowcapped peaks of the mountains. It is soooo good to be living here in snow country. I wish I had had the camera to take a few pictures.
Too bad it will warm up this week, it was nice to wake up to temps in the 30s.
