Does anyone have any history with a realtor in the Durango, CO area. I am looking for a ski in/out condo If someone knows a realtor that knows the resort area that would be great. Or has something of their own for sale.

There are some Durango people there. I assume you are asking about Durango Mountain Resort at Purgatory, or whatever they call themselves these days? It's about 20 miles north of the actual town of Durango.
