Blowing tons of snow at Massanutten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Opening November 28th for tubing and November 29th for skiing.
First time resort has opened for both tubing and skiing before Thanksgiving.

Massanutten Ski Resort in Massanutten, Virginia will be open for tubing on Friday, November 28th, through Sunday, November 30th, operating hours 9am-5pm. Ski Slopes will be open on Saturday November 29th and Sunday, Nov. 30. Operations will be closed close Dec 1st and will re-open Friday, Dec 5th for the winter season. Early season rates through December 19th

Any idea on prices?? And btw, please thank your management for making the effort to open and going as far to concentrate snowmaking on such a great variety of runs. Really is great to see a resort doing their best to cater to all levels, I want to try and make it out there for opening.

PA & WV openings in NOV happen some years, but for Massanutten to open in NOV really gets my attn! Hope the cold stays around for a while.

Wow! I can't believe that... I just called them last night and the guy on the phone told me they probably wouldn't open until the 12th! I guess he didn't know what he was talking about.
