Thinking of hitting up Liberty/Roundtop/Whitetail tomorrow despite the not so favorable conditions, if I don't go now I won't have a chance for another week and I've been aching to get out there since Thanksgiving.

Anyone on here been up there since the rain destroyed the snow these past 2-3 days? Also, bad weather aside, which of the three do any of you recommend? I have had a few co-workers tell me horror stories about Liberty and advise me to make the extra drive to ski Roundtop (I'm coming from Alexandria). Any advice?

i would love to know about roundtop too (i started a thread too, woops).

Personally, I have skied liberty and whitetail during the worst of conditions and whitetail, to me, is better. havent tried roundtop yet.

We went to Roundtop on Sunday. It had most of its tails open and they were in good shape. In fact, unlike Whitetail, they had some of their blacks open. We happened to be in the Harrisburg area on Saturday which is why we choose Roundtop. I wouldn't drive past Liberty to get to Roundtop though; just doesn't make sense.
