So sometimes ski areas really do reopen after all... check the site esp. the webcams! They're calling for 5-8 inches of new snow tonight. Here's the message:

We are going to be open this weekend Friday from noon to 10 pm, Saturday 8 am to 10 pm and Sunday 8 am to 5 pm. Regular Midweek rates will be in effect.
We expect to have 95% of the mountain open with machine groomed packed powder conditions. Lifts #1, #3 and #6 will be in operation. The Super Pipe will be OPEN. We are rebuilding the Fife & Drum Terrain Park and expect to have all of the hits back in operation. The Children's Learning Center will be CLOSED.
