I saw JohnL was down this weekend. I had been fighting one thing or another for about 3 weeks now. Sore throat, running nose, I ended up going to doctors after I started coughing my lungs out. Doc basically said I was a mess with several different things going on, something viral moved to other areas. I went on antibiotics and fever shot up to 102. Today is 3rd day on meds and all seems fine. I am feeling almost normal. But now wife has the cold part. Kid had it last week and afraid I will get it again. Seems everyone I know has had something in the last month or two around here, it all starts the same- a few days of cold like symptoms but with a fever. Most people seem to get over it in a week, if they don't end up with bronchitis or sinus infection (I think I lucked out with both). It has been two years since I last saw a doctor and I hope it is at least another two years before I have to go back. This fever thing is no fun, but hopefully now I can finally get in a few more now days.

Started coing down with my cold on the drive back from Loon. Mmmmmmm nothing better than an 11 hour drive feeling like crap.

Ullr: well...at least it was on the way back. The long drive when sick thing is miserable. I feel for you. Junior Ski Partner is down with a cough. Means I am down as well.

I'm sick 'cause I hit a deer on my way back from Blue Knob a few weeks back and my car is still in the shop. I've been out only skiing only once since the accident.

Fish oil 3 times a day & tons of Vitamin C...& excersise!...havn't called in sick to work for 10 years...snowed in ..but not sick!

Hmmm, let me guess. All those who don't get sick. Don't have 12 hour "work"(working at skiing doesn't count ) days and/or kids in thier life . I am back on the vitamins, I had not been good about that lately.

Damn, I'm coming down with something.
