My wife and I are heading to Wisp for the long weekend and staying at the Carmel Cove Inn. Has anyone stayed there before? What did you think of it?

My wife and I stayed there 15 years ago so memory is a little sketchy. What I remember was a B&B style place with nice rooms, secluded location and quiet atmosphere. My wife and I are more Inn than B&B people and I remember this more as a B&B. It also is a little out of the way from Wisp and the rest of the attractions of the lake, but this is probably a good thing with the growth at the lake in the past 15 years.

Skied WISP this past Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday and the conditions were great. There's still lots of snow on the slopes and some still left in the woods. They did a great job grooming. Enjoy, you should have a great weekend.
