We have numerous posts in different threads about this epic Dec 19, 2009 mid-Atlantic snow storm. Keep it up, great info.
But let's keep this thread strictly about snow totals in your location. Especially want to hear from people at mid-Atlantic ski areas, but all locations of interest.
About six inches in my backyard in Falls Church, VA at 820am. Supposedly a lot more still to come. It's falling steady right now, but not furiously. The kind of snowfall that has staying power.
Trent, PA - (4 miles East of 7 Springs, 2100 elevation) 4 inches, 21 degrees, snowing moderately.
The wife stayed home in Woodbridge, va this weekend - she says we have 11 inches there
Western Henrico County (VA) 13 inches consistently all over our yard.
Wintergreen advising not to come today. They will be open but they note 2 feet of snow and tomorrow should be better as far as travel. Anybody make it up there? We need a full report with pics!

Hi from Connie Lawn and Charles Sneiderman, Let's give thanks to the snow gods! This looks like a great day to sleigh ride or cross country from home. Sunday and next week might be perfect for our wonderful local areas! What a relief, to not have to stand in line in airports for awhile.
Hope to see some of my snow buds soon at Liberty, Whitetail, Roundtop, Wintergreen, or other nearby areas. Scott, take sometime to breathe!
Merry Christmas and happy snow week! Yours, Connie and Charles

I just came in from shoveling the driveway again in Harpers Ferry, and I believe that we are very close to 2 feet out there.
I'll confirm the 2 feet 8 miles south of the Ferry.
...for Canaan Valley I just measured 18" in the front yard on the valley floor....today made turns in snow that was at about knees height (22")...that was around 1 o'clock and it has snowed several inches since then...they are calling for 4-8 more by morning...this is some sweet pow...light and fluffy..and there is no wind w/ this storm!!!tomorrow is going to be nice...
Downtown Baltimore has about 2 feet.

Looks like it's stopped here, and we're just a hair under 22". Not bad. Now, I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed that Thursday's event stays cold enough...

22.5" here in the Herndon/Reston area of NOVA. 24" in the yard & measured a 34" snowdrift on the back deck. I did a little shoveling around 5:30-6pm, and was surprised to have found that another 4-5 inches had fallen since my shoveling. I predicted 19", so needless to say, I was very pleased with the totals.
21" here in West Springfield!
The Colonel
23 inches in Shenandoah Valley(Luray)
Whitetail reported 17-20. Looked like 18 to me on average. Several frogs reported "knee deep".
20" in Stafford, or so says the bed cover on the truck...
Beckley, WV 25" as of 9 PM saturday. 27" Sunday evening.
Buckhannon, WV 14" Saturday at noon. 17" in the front yard sunday morning. 19" Monday morning.
Family called from out around Holly River WV 26" As of around 3 pm on saturday...havent called to see the actual number yet. It snowed all day long saturday and then we got around 2 more inches last night so they are probably around 29" by now.
Liberty reported 18-20.
Hard to tell at home because it settled and drifted before I got home, but let's call it 17 inches in Mount Airy.
