Another 9.4 inches for the past 24 hours reported at 3715'..will it ever stop?

Conditions were unreal yesterday at Canaan... I was skiing untracked lines through the woods in bottomless powder ALL day... and no lift lines!

Man... I wish I was there again today!

...it doesn't seems as though it is going to stop...

Ya Abe me too but to tell you the truth i'm soooo tired of skiing untracked lines through the "official" glades at Tline that I'm going to blue knob next weekend to watch the womens figure skating with JohnL and ski glades with no trees (east wall?) that are all tracked out. I'm OK with that because my research yesterday comfirmed that in certain un-official, un-disclosed locations on Herz Mountain there is still plenty of untracked knee to hip deep snow in glades with trees, brush, tight lines and steep undulating terrain waiting for my return.


Anyone out there that has always wanted to ski Timberline but never got the chance..........

...no I lost it again...I am going to have to get another one before I go ride this afternoon...because those chairs are going to be cold as ^%&$....at least it won't be as stop'n'go as last weekend-that was ridiculous...they are now calling for this snow straight through Thursday night...8 inches last night and pounding snow now!!!

Yeah, just looked at the forecast...crazy! Wish I didn't have 3 tests tomorrow, don't think a snowday from college is an option. Have Fun!
