OK, I know it ain't healthy, but I admit I am a sucker for Taco Bell. So it was no small good news when the combo Bell/KFC opened in Moorefield last year. However, it has been closed (and the parking lot not plowed) for the last several weeks at least. Anybody know what gives? Between that and Aromas, Moorefield is becoming the valley of tears for me.

I drive to thru morefield just about every weekend on way to snowshoe...curiosity got the best of me as well, so Mcdonalds employee tells me that the owner had not paid its "product supplier" for a while..not sure about that terminology but I guess if you dont pay your bills, you dont make burritos..

I've often heard of a lot worse things happening for not paying your "product supplier". Then again, the product I'm thinking of isn't tortilla's or chicken....

So Mcdonalds isn't open or serving some foods? I haven't been to Moorefield in like 3 weeks so I'm clueless.

No, McDucks is open and doing a heckuva business. (And the renovation this past summer really helped, I think.) Its the combo KFC/Taco Bell across the street that has been closed for several weeks.
