My oldest grandson Conor, like his 2 little brothers is a ski obsessed Mad River kid. The family has their season pass there and he has been skiing there since age 3. This season he is on the MRG kids Freestyle team. Two weeks ago he finished fourth in the Jr. Mogul Challenge so he decided to enter the Vertical Challenge, the first leg of the MRG Triple Crown, in the men's alpine div. He racked up 25 runs, 51,000 vertical feet on the toughest bumps in the east. His Dad did 22.
