Where are the best local spots to hit as the season winds down in the DC area? W.Va is great when you have the time, but how about local???

Liberty and Roundtop usually have the best bases of any local areas. Believe it or not, Massanutten down near Harrisonburg, Va usually hangs in there well also and they cut their lift rates in half this time of year. A little further out, Seven Springs usually has good base for spring skiing too.

The late season rates went into effect yesterday. $20 weekday, $25 weekend.
