We are renting our house on Bonner Mountain Road, Dryfork, for the winter season. Its a cozy chalet style house and has a detached garage. Fully furnished and an equiped kitchen. About 9 miles from t-line and closer to WG and CV. Monthly rent plus utilities. We'll rent to groups or individuals. PM for details or if interested.

Kim,
Where are you going to stay? Are you going to instruct this winter?

Colonel, we have a ski area condo that we use during the season. We have the house to use in the off season, especially the fall. It has a lot more room than the small condo unit. I was hoping that the group that has used it for the past several years would continue, but having not heard from them, I'm being pro active in finding seasonal renters.

We have the place available now. I'm installing a semi-new dishwasher and will be doing the final fall cleaning in the next couple of days. Our rates are negotiable. Our hope is to rent it to a group for the season, otherwise we may look for full time renters. It's a two BR with 1,1/2 baths. Fully equiped and firnished. Approximately 9 miles or 12-15 minutes from t-line south off Rt 32.

This place is money. Kept me warm and rested for the entire season 2 years ago. Sucks I can't be back up that way all season anymore. I miss being a local...

"Once again renting a ski house and looking for members. The location is in Dry Fork approx. 7 miles from WG proper. The rental is for 4 months (Dec thru end of March). Basic stuff applies, common courtesy to all, shared spaces, communal approach to the house, etc. The asking price is $500 per member which includes the monthly rental plus a good share of the utilities.
