Happen to watch a few OnDemand ski lessons. I found them interesting. I have FIOS cable, so if you have it check it out(free). Also have ski channel free on FIOS.

You can get the Sportskool videos on the internet even if you do not have FIOS at Sportskool.com. There are more of them on the web site than on demand. I think they are really good.

I have FIOS as well...I have not been able to find the Ski Channel though. I will look again.

Ski channel is another OnDemand thing. Under free__sports__ski channel (I think)
