I often do, usually meeting some Fredrock folk there (I'm in PA, nearer to Whitetail)

right on. my friend tomi is up that way also so maybe we can get a tele posse to invade liberty one night!
i was really considering tonight but i was looking at high temps in the fcast today in the upper 30s and wondering how crusty the surface would be when the sun goes down? cuz im not into icy bumps...

Fredrock?
I believe the correct insult is "Fredneck".

Construction is done, but in the late afternoon it is still slow going from Leesburg through Point of Rocks (think 30mph). Depending on where you are leaving from another option is to head out route 9 to 287 through Brunswick, but this is a solid 5 miles longer and not much faster so probably best to slog it up 15.

I thought on sunday that I saw an electronic sign on 340/15 saying that there was work being done on the Pt of Rocks bridge.

also, don't forget that in that section of MD, they went all Anglophile and stuck in a bunch of roundabouts.

Sounds good Chaga, I ski a lot with your buddy from Carlisle too. But he usually hits up Roundtop on weeknights.

I just came through the Point o Rocks, that construction is on 340, and doesn't affect the 15 Lees-Fred route.
