Bitter because it is likely my last WG trip of this season. I will be helping with my upcoming scout troop ski trip at 7 Springs. Then I'll be heading west and north for 2 months or so.

Sweet because of the skiing. On Mon. I skied perfect untracked powder in the woods. It wasn't hard to find. It's everywhere in 200 vertical foot or larger pieces. You just have to look and have confidence in your skis and yourself. Today I skated on the snowfarm. It's a blast, if a little more aerobic than an old fart should have to do. It's a lot like tele, it can be a real challenge but when you get it right it feels fantastic.
