Food for thought... just 187(?)day's till opening days. Don't want to wish the summer away, have too much work to do around the house but the older I get the less I like the heat.

Dude, closing day still should not have yet happened for you. What's this talk about Opening Day? Oglebay? The Mayor would not be proud.

I agree with you about summer. I think I sweated out 30 gallons the past three daze (yard projects/roller hockey); replenished with plenty of beer. Remember that you live in the cool country; try moving to DC.

Pick-up in Kensington, MD, 11-1 on Sunday mornings. Used to play in the league in Alexandria, but I found it too tough to switch back and forth between ice and roller, and do both at a higher level.

PM me if the Kensington roller interests you. I've been playing with some of those folks since ~1995.

I switched to summer tires Tuesday.

No, I was wondering if you were playing at The Box. My son has traveled there several times this year for tournaments. Great facility. If I am ever in the neighborhood I may hit you up
