Tucker,
Any pictures of the present status of rennovations at CV Lodge?
And now that the lodge rennovations have begun, any rennovations happening at the ski area for next winter, or when?
Thanks,
The Colonel smile

I was over playing golf last week and swung by the lodge to check out the work. They had one of the old room wings down to earth and were working on the other. I haven't noticed anything new at the ski hill. I could be wrong, but I don't think they are going to make any improvements on the ski hill until the work on the lodge is complete. Next time I am over there I'll take a picture of the lodge work and post.

my understanding is that on hill will be a few more snow sticks and some locals w/patrollers are clearing some more of the glades of downfall and saplings. You know, there are a lot of very good gladed areas that just need some TLC to make t-line a unique mid-atlantic area. Most who post here have skied them, but a lot of folks don't have a clue that they are there. (probably for the best ;))

nah...double knee carharts, collared shirt with a little bit of sawdust in the front pocket, and a WV baseball cap with a carpenter's pencil stuck in this side to keep score with...there's not enough lead in those little pencils to keep my score...
