cheap Delta fares to Denver now

I'm no expert on airfares so you guys may beat this, but Delta has some pretty good rates right now for flights out of DCA to Denver for this winter, specifically January: about $137 roundtrip.
Be sure to bring lots of layers if you visit Summit County in December or January. It gets cold.
The lowest I remember last January was 33 below. It warmed up to a whopping 10 below that afternoon.
That's frostbite weather. BTW, I set a personal record last year: 5 cases of minor frostbite for the season - and when it's really cold, I don't even start until about noon.
ok I give up. What dates do you need to book? I have tried and nit been able to findthat fare?
I think I found it using expedia, then went directly to Delta site to pull the trigger. This was wednesday. On thursday the same flight/dates (weekdays early Jan) reverted back to typical fares I'd seen recently, more double in price. Not sure if it was a one day sale or what, but keep checking those two frequently and maybe it will pop up again in near future??
Something going on today with Delta too, not as good but still under $200 rdtrp for a lot of flights in Jan and Feb. (DCA to Denver)
