The next model run also shows the 1st Lake effect event of the season!...Scary early start to winter?..

PS..Snowing up at Beech Mtn,NC & 36 degrees & dropping at Snowshoe..They are next.(Just some hors d'oeuvres)

The Nut and Bryce look to be in the sweet spot.

10-4 good buddy..I mean..yes I used the 10-1. Too early in year for the real cold flakes & the sweet spots you mentioned will have to be Spooky sloppy (keeping with the theme).

The Euro Model had this pegged a week ago with the Gfs sending this low way out to sea.(same system that gave Denver Snow) I have watched every run of the gfs & nam tighten up that low closer & closer to the coast so i'm thinking that the higher Sods/Timberline & MPC & all the highest most Eastern points of WV will have another early decent snow...almost feel like making that 8 hour ride up there to ck it out!

PS..I'm watching the Infrared loops to see if the low can pick up any of Tropical storm rita's moisture pushing up from Cancun,Mx..
Is there a reason more of us don't follow the weather this closely?...watch yer mouth..
