Managed to get up to Wintergreen yesterday. Unfortunately only my 2nd day out this year. It is going to warm up this weekend and with limited terrain open its going to be a zoo.

On Friday though, despite no Highlands the trails that were open were in pretty good shape. Very nice in the morning, soft in the afternoon, but not REAL heavy. Hung out over by the quad from about 930 to 4 with a couple breaks and still managed to get 31 laps in.

Took a couple falls trying to perfect my soft snow technique but I started to get pretty comfortable after a few runs. Very thin crowd for a Friday.

The Edge has a new menu. They took the Beer Pretzels off but must have gotten lots of complaints (including from me and my daughter) so they are back. Had the Ham and Beans for dinner and it was pretty good.
