I got to see my first flakes of the season over the weekend. Spent the last three days camping with the kids at 3,650'. Saturday night's rain started out as snow before turning to all rain. Yesterday morning it sleeted while we were packing up.

Can't wait until the first big snow!

A small ski area in Minnesota opened a strip for snowboarding. Our time will come soon.
Liberty and Whitetail have their Fall festivals - Liberty on the 21 and Whitetail on 27 and 28. Beautiful, great food, and good time to buy passes. You can run down the mountains, but ski conditions not great! Yours, Connie Lawn
