Special Olympics are coming to Canaan Valley. Competitors will be there Thursday afternoon (Jan 24) and all day Friday (Jan 25).

Final destination is still to be determined - but I'll do my best to keep you posted. At this point, it looks like Canaan Valley Resort, Timberline Resort, and/or White Grass Touring Center.

If you have a few minutes, check it out: they really know how to have fun while scoring medals.

Special Olympics will take place at Timberline for the cross country / snowshoeing.
Last I heard, it will also take place in Canaan for the Downhill race.

After all the powder skiing today, give your legs a break and cheer them on!
