Since this is a downhill forum, there is no uphill skiing in this video, but is shows the downhill fun you can get at white grass if you do! smile

That looks difficult... I can't ski like that... COULD YOU GROOM it for me?
(yeah, I am sure that sounded ridiculous... just as much as the previous request to groom the Drop).

Loved the VIDEO - I had to watch it twice. The beer (I mean the pop) in one hand made my day!

Wow..the hits keep coming..luv the music choice as well!

There might have been one dude on a fixed heel type gear where it seemed everyone else was doing the Telemark style...
Ive been researching the "Randonee AT" Or "Alpine Touring" type gear...Does Whitegrass rent that type of Equipment Chaga?...Id like to try out some stuff before investing in the kind of money it will take to buy the gear..lotsa mucho!

it's all free-heel gear. some, like myself, switch it up to alpine turns in the deeper powder when it's not too fluffy. I think of the free-heel gear mainly as means of transportation and try not to get caught up in the misconception of how I am supposed to make turns with them. "mr jeff", the guy in blue, always does 100% alpine turns with his free-heel bindings and does it well. white grass does not rent any AT gear, yet I have seen more and more folks using that stuff this year than ever... not to mention nothing else could even fit in that small lodge!
