Ok, just locked down a place in snowshoe this week for 3+ days of skiing. Hopefully rain will hold off until we leave :). Just need to find chep lift tickets. Maybe a Kroger stop...

I hope you have a great time! Conditions were great on Saturday, and they were blowing snow all over the trails that were still closed, including the part of the Western Territory that we could see from the road. I talked to a Mountain Guide on one lift ride, he said the plan was to try to open one trail per day. All the regular lifts were running last weekend, except the Western Express. Silver Creek also opened to limited terrain. Have fun!

Remember that Kroger is only good Mon - Thu.  Otherwise - try Liftopia.

We are on the fence for this Friday ..... rain will be a deal breaker for me.

Have fun!

Look at Shoe's own website for on-line ticket deals!

That's a good suggestion. You might also check for discounted tickets at your local ski shop.

That's what I did. Prepaid ticks were 49% off this week. Great deal but have to commit to dates and will lose if I don't go, but at this point if I don't go it will be because something significant (which hopefully will not happen). Going to try and wax/sharpen skis and son's board tomorrow before we leave, but if I don't,hey it is early season.
