JohnL - I know you posted the directions on how to do this but I can't seem to find the post. 

when you create a new post, you should see a button ribbon that has a control for adding an image.  

now, where is this ?

Thanks - duhhh!  I'm going to guess the Memorial to General John Reynolds at Gettysburg.

I took a screen shot - see where it says image in the tool box.  Click that button and enter the url of the picture.

You'll have to load the picture somewhere first like flickr or facebook then use that url of the pic
