Really good day at Liberty yesterday 1/25.  Best snow conditions I've seen in four trips up there this winter.  All slopes open, moderate crowds.  Very small lines on the backside chairs.  Great manmade snow on all trails with some natural mixed in from about 5" they received Tues-Wed.  I met SteveC in the morning and skied four or five runs with him and wife Astrid and two sons and nephew.  Then I skied with Mephitblue for a while around 3PM.  I arrived at Liberty at 745AM and left at 845PM.  Long, but excellent day.  Vince was instructing the whole time.  Upper Eastwind still had bumps, everywhere else had been groomed.

Tried to make this post with photos last night, but all vanished when I clicked "post comments".  Maybe timed out??  Most pics were taken on Upper Ultra trail if I'm not mistaken.

Are these photos distorted or is it just my screen display?

It looks like they were horizontally "scrunched" down to fit in the message area.  If you scale original images down to be no wider than 700 pixels, that should avoid the problem.  (Not sure if it's something I can fix server side.)

Thanks Scott.  I forgot about that.  Is it 700 by 700?

Steve and Keith, here are two sets of the photos at different resolutions, plus other Liberty shots.  http://www.snowjournal.com/page.php?cid=gallery6828

I can email highest res if there are one or two you really like.  Send PM.

I think the height doesn't matter.  If you do a proportional scale so the width is no more than 700 pixels, you can let the height settle in at its natural state based on the aspect ratio of your photo.
